Google Sheets Function: MAX
The MAX function returns the maximum value from a range of cells or a list of values.
Usage:
=MAX(range)
or
=MAX(value_1; value_2; value_3; etc)
Usage Example
Enter the range of cells containing various values into the MAX function:
=MAX(B2:B11)

The MAX function then returns the highest value from the specified range of cells:
